• No more moonwalking. Your baristas, servers and waiters take full steps when they walk, instead of sliding their feet backward.
• Stepping off from the machine. Staff leaving a station walk straight off instead of taking a step backward first.
• Busy at the machine. A barista making several drinks in a row keeps working at the machine instead of turning round between each one.
• Making up their minds. Staff finish the walk they started instead of turning back halfway when a new job comes in.
