Room to walk. Your staff and guests now walk around what is actually drawn, not around whole tiles. The strip of floor between a counter and the fridge behind it is an aisle, so your staff can work behind the counter without leaving a gap in the room.

Facing the way they walk. People no longer turn toward you for a step or two at corners and around furniture.
